How we use your data

Spoolmint is run by Bravyr, trading as Spoolmint. This page covers the website and the beta form.

What we keep

What you type in the beta form: your name, email, shop name, country, where you sell and what you'd fix first. Whether you'd like news from us. If you came from an ad, the ad's click ID and the campaign it was part of. Your cookie choice is kept in a cookie in your browser.

Why

To check the email address is yours, to invite you to the beta and set up your shop, and to see which ads bring shops to Spoolmint. If you tick the news box we'll also email you about Spoolmint now and then.

How long

If you don't confirm your email, we delete your signup 30 days after you last sent the form. Once you've confirmed, we keep it until you ask us to remove it.

Who else sees it

• Resend sends our emails.
• Cloudflare runs the network the site and the API sit behind.
• Google and Meta measure our ads, and only if you accept cookies. Without that, the site sends them nothing.

Being removed

Email hello@spoolmint.com and I'll delete everything we hold about you. You can change your cookie choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
